Discover a medieval fortress whose origins date back to the birth of Normandy.
In the heart of Normandy, this masterpiece of medieval architecture, dating from the 12th and 14th centuries, was heavily modified in the 17th century. Part of the castle’s perimeter wall remains, surrounded by a double moat. Harcourt overlooks a superb arboretum, established here in 1802 and considered to be the oldest in France. It is also a very pleasant park in which to stroll.
